Dale Dental is a Certified WolCeram Laboratory WolCeram EPC (Electro Phorectic Ceramic) uses electro-deposition to precisely apply a uniform thickness of InCeram material to your master die. This automated process begins with the application of an electronically conductive wax die spaced to the die. Once loaded into the WolCeram machine, the die is measured by laser for height and then an electrolyte solution material is applied followed by the precise mechanical application into the InCeram slip martial. The electronically controlled surface charge created by the WolCeram process attracts the InCeram slip particles to the die. The die is then briefly dried under controlled heat to stabilize the slip material. Excess InCeram material is removed to expose the margin, additional trimming is performed and the coping is removed from the die. Sintering is performed followed by the application of the shaded glass material and a final firing. The molten glass infiltrates the coping resulting in a fine-grained structure with a glass matrix. Excess glass is removed and coping is ready for porcelain.
