Dentsply’s Compartis ISUS CAD/CAM overdenture implant bars completely eliminate the unpredictable expenses, labor and mess associated with the casting and welding. Unlike casting and welding of your own implant supported bars, Compartis ISUS bars by Dale Dental requires only that you send your models and denture wax up to Dale. Dale will scan your models and denture and virtually design your implant bar including virtual attachment placement. Once designed, you will receive a link to a viewer file where you can move and rotate the case for approval.

Your lab simply uses the web-based 3D viewer to rotate, zoom and view the virtually designed prosthetic. You can even choose views with the denture wax up visible to check the integrity of the relationship between the bar and denture and attachment points.

Once approved, your bar is precision-machined and delivered to your lab within seven business days. The low, per-fixture pricing includes all costs, screws and a 10 year warranty by Dentsply. ISUS implant bars come tapped and ready for your attachments. Optionally, you can choose to have Dale Dental install all attachments for you for the greatest ease and no required purchase of any additional parts.

ISUS implant bars are machined using industrial type, robotic-enabled, CAD/CAM machinery for the most precise, efficient and error-free manufacture of your case.  All ISUS bars are machined from a solid piece of 100% pure Grade IV titanium for the most predictable and biocompatible outcomes. All Compartis ISUS bars are available to fit over 200 implant systems and are come in the widest range of design options to suite practically any indication. Additionally, where possible, ISUS bars feature machined internal connections for a better engagement with the implant. Compared to implant bars which fit only over the external ring of the implant, this improved engagement feature helps more evenly distribute load throughout each implant involved.
